At the heart of my role was to create awareness, maintain sustainability, and harness media relations for Flipkart. As part of the Consumer Technology and Corporate focus, I collaborated across various business units, including Supply Chain, Grocery, Marketplace, eKart, Jeeves, and Technology. My responsibilities spanned a wide spectrum:
